Hearing Aid Services

Capitol Ear, Nose & Throat offers an extensive professional services package
with our hearing aid dispensing practice in order to provide excellent care for
our patients. The services include the following benefits:

Battery Club

Purchase four packages of batteries and you will receive the fifth package free. The batteries can be mailed to you upon request.

Repair Services

If your hearing aid is in need of repair or servicing, please contact our office to set up a time with the audiologist to have your hearing aid checked. Some minor repairs can be performed in the office, while others need to be sent back to the manufacturer. If the repair warranty on your hearing aid is expired, there will be a charge to have it repaired.

You may also drop off the hearing aid to be checked at your convenience.
You would need to complete a repair form and one of the audiologists would check it and call you within 24 hours with the results.

Loaner Hearing Aids

When a hearing aid is sent back to the manufacturer for a repair, a loaner hearing aid may be provided for you until your hearing aid returns. Availability of the loaner hearing aids is based on the number in stock. If you would like a loaner hearing aid while yours is being repaired, please ask your audiologist.
