Dr. Wilkins completed his undergraduate studies at
N.C. State University and his medical school studies at the University of North
Carolina in 1982. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck
Surgery at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr.
Wilkins is Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
